Return & Exchange and Shipping Policy


Annabel’s Boudoir is happy to refund full-price merchandise that is unused or un-opened items and accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of the receipt of the package. We do not accept returns of sale merchandise. Please follow the following process to issue your return


`Please email in order to request a Return Authorization Form (RA)

Once you have received a Return Authorization Form (RA), please print this form and place inside the box with the unworn item to be returned. Please note that all items including any attachments, adornments, trim, belts, etc must be included. Returns can be shipped to : ATTN: WEB RETURNS, PO Box 1234


All returns must be received back to us within 30 days of your receipt of the package.

Please note that all sale merchandise is final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.

Unworn, undamaged merchandise must arrive at the address above within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment. Merchandise must be returned in their original condition and with all garment tags attached.



Due to the select, limited nature of our merchandise, regrets that we cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please email with heading title EXCHANGE to for exchange assistance to ensure that we have additional sizes available for you should you need to exchange a similar style of product.



If your item/s arrives damaged, please email us and our customer care team will help you receive a replacement item or credit. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will replace it or refund you. Simply email us at
